Irish water refunds could be used to tackle the homeless crisis, according to a new campaign, the 'Refund Project'.
The campaign's been launched urging the almost one million customers in line for 173 million euro to donate their cheque to help our 8000 homeless people.
Approximately 70,000 people in Co Kildare are in line for a refund.
It's the brainchild of three leading homeless charities - Simon Community, Focus Ireland and Peter McVerry Trust.
